1. ACCETTAZIONE DEI TERMINI
Utilizzando Numas Study accetti integralmente i presenti Termini di Utilizzo. Se non accetti, non utilizzare l'app.
2. DESCRIZIONE DEL SERVIZIO
Numas Study è uno strumento di supporto allo studio universitario che utilizza intelligenza artificiale per elaborare materiali didattici forniti dall'utente.
L'applicazione è disponibile per i dispositivi Apple e per Android. Nella versione Android non esiste alcuna sincronizzazione fra dispositivi né alcuna copia sul cloud: i dati risiedono soltanto sul dispositivo e il loro trasferimento avviene esportando e importando un file, a cura dell'utente.
3. LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ
Numas Study è uno strumento di supporto allo studio. L'app non garantisce il superamento di esami, test o valutazioni accademiche di alcun tipo. I risultati accademici dipendono esclusivamente dall'impegno e dalla preparazione individuale dell'utente.
4. CONTENUTI DELL'UTENTE
I materiali caricati (dispense, PDF, documenti) rimangono di esclusiva proprietà dell'utente. Numas non archivia, accede né utilizza questi contenuti per scopi propri.
5. SERVIZI AI DI TERZI
L'app si connette a servizi AI di terzi (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) tramite chiavi API fornite dall'utente. L'utente è responsabile dei costi derivanti dall'utilizzo di tali API e accetta i termini di servizio dei rispettivi provider. Numas non è responsabile per interruzioni, errori o costi generati dai servizi AI di terzi.
6. ABBONAMENTO E PAGAMENTI
Il piano Pro si rinnova automaticamente al termine di ogni periodo (mensile o annuale). Dove è offerto un periodo di prova gratuito, al suo termine l'abbonamento diventa a pagamento se non viene disdetto prima della scadenza. L'abbonamento è gestito dal negozio applicazioni della piattaforma su cui è stato sottoscritto, e va annullato dallo stesso negozio:
- Dispositivi Apple: Impostazioni → il proprio nome → Abbonamenti (oppure Impostazioni → App Store → Abbonamenti).
- Android: applicazione Google Play → menu dell'account → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti.
Non è previsto rimborso per i periodi già iniziati, salvo quanto previsto dalle politiche del negozio applicazioni presso cui l'abbonamento è stato sottoscritto (Apple o Google). Un abbonamento sottoscritto su una piattaforma non si estende automaticamente all'altra.
7. LIMITAZIONI D'USO
L'utente si impegna a: - Non caricare materiali protetti da copyright senza autorizzazione - Non utilizzare l'app per scopi illegali o non conformi alle politiche del negozio applicazioni da cui l'app è stata scaricata (App Store o Google Play) - Non tentare di aggirare i limiti del piano gratuito
8. MODIFICHE AI TERMINI
Numas si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate tramite aggiornamento dell'app o email. L'uso continuato dell'app dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi termini.
9. LEGGE APPLICABILE
I presenti termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Tribunale di Milano.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Numas Study you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Numas Study is a university study support tool that uses artificial intelligence to process educational materials provided by the user.
The application is available for Apple devices and for Android. In the Android version there is no synchronisation between devices and no copy in the cloud: data resides only on the device, and moving it happens by exporting and importing a file, by the user.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Numas Study is a study support tool. The app does not guarantee passing exams, tests or academic evaluations of any kind. Academic results depend solely on the individual effort and preparation of the user.
4. USER CONTENT
Uploaded materials (notes, PDFs, documents) remain the exclusive property of the user. Numas does not store, access or use this content for its own purposes.
5. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
The app connects to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) via API keys provided by the user. The user is responsible for costs arising from the use of such APIs and agrees to the terms of service of the respective providers. Numas is not responsible for interruptions, errors or costs generated by third-party AI services.
6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
The Pro plan renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual). Where a free trial is offered, the subscription becomes paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. The subscription is managed by the app store of the platform on which it was purchased, and must be cancelled from that same store:
- Apple devices: Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or Settings → App Store → Subscriptions).
- Android: Google Play app → account menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
No refund is provided for periods already started, except as provided by the policies of the app store where the subscription was purchased (Apple or Google). A subscription purchased on one platform does not automatically extend to the other.
7. USAGE LIMITATIONS
The user agrees to: - Not upload copyright-protected materials without authorization - Not use the app for illegal purposes or purposes not in compliance with the policies of the app store the app was downloaded from (App Store or Google Play) - Not attempt to circumvent the limits of the free plan
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
Numas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through an app update or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
